Booking Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Booking
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, found on this website we will contact you by email (usually within 24 hours if message received during offices hours in Bali) and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the terms of deposit and or full payment required to confirm the booking.
Book in Advance
Due to high demand our villa is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to make either a deposit or full payment. The payment options are clearly shown on our website.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a fee equivalent to one nights full rate charge. Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved. No show and early check oust are subject to 100% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved.
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We sometimes impose minimum night stays at our villas depending on demand and last minute availability. Shorter stays can be requested and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Your Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Bali Best Villas Seminyak, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
