Late check outs can be arranged if we have availability. A charge of 50% of the Villa rate until 6pm and after 6pm a full day is charged.

Villa Living encompasses all the sounds and smells of nature. Guests may not be used to morning roosters and smoke from rice fields being burnt after harvest. Our staff do all possible to make your stay calm and relaxing but sometimes nature cannot be changed. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Most of our villas are located in the popular Seminyak area and within walking distance of numerous Restaurants and cafes in “Eat Street”. The beach and the well known La Luciola, Ku De Ta and Mama San restaurants all close by. Seminyak is the center of what is now considered the “Prime Villa district” in South Bali close to everything to make a villa holiday wonderful. Just 20 minutes drive from the airport and guests can be relaxing at their own private villa.
